Background: 

Farzad holds a B.S. degree in civil engineering from University of Illinois and West Virginia University, with a Master Study in, Industrial Professional Technology from Indiana State University. He founded Global Energy Access, Inc. after working as Director, and partner with two private companies involved in Energy  and construction. Farzad, experience includes working as financial adviser with Morgan Stanley, regional sales directors for E-pronet a software company in California, regional director for Special Finance Inc. He also worked as the Senior Business Development with Cynet, Inc., he was instrumental in taking Cynet, Inc. public by raising over 6 million dollars during the first week of his employment, negotiating with the financial partners and leading the company business development division. Other work experiences involves working with Adair International Oil and Gas, Inc. working in the capacity of Project Manager, worked directly with the CEO, government officials, and prospected partners on a feasibility study for development of an Industrial Free Trade Zone, in West Africa. Project involved Gas Utilization Process, using the flared Gas.  Company was awarded over 2 million dollars for preliminary study. Farzad also worked as the director of Axiom Petroleum, assisted a Canadian Drilling company with their interest for working in North Africa as well as a procurement wing for a Middle Eastern construction and energy company. Farzad, also is the sole owner of Emypatcontractors, working in residential and commercial construction.

Mitchell Trybule

Managing Director

Mitchell Trybule, studied at MIT, Minnesota Institute of Technology, UOM, and continued his graduate studies at Rice University, Houston, Texas, with master degree in Petroleum Engineering. Mitch has an extensive experience in corrosion control in onshore and offshore with International Corrosion Control, applying Polyurethane on pipe lines, storage tanks, boats, and offshore production platforms.

Mr. TryBule, after working, in USA, Middle East, Europe and Asia, working in energy business, decided to start his own Oil and Gas Production Company, TryTex Oil, 1993.

In 1993, Mr. Trybule, purchased his first drilling workover rig, that he overhauled completely and used for Workover of three Gas wells, in Colorado Country, Texas. Mr. Trybule, also used his skills and experience consulting and supplying other companies with their needs in drilling workover and down-hole, production equipments.

Mr. Trybule, has acquired extensive knowledge and skills in solving problems in drilling, workover and down-hole production in Oil & Gas Industry.



Nader Badii

Nader holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical engineering from West Virginia University in Morgantown, W. Va., and a Master degree in E-Commerce / MBA from National University of San Diego, California.
